TRANSITION FROM MOBILE APP TO NEW WEBSITE

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and provide an improved customer experience, we will be discontinuing the use of this Mobile App on April 15th, 2026.

What does this mean for you? Starting April 15th, you will no longer be able to access your account via the mobile app. You will now manage your account and make payments on our new web portal at www.langd.org.

The new online payment portal offers several advantages including an improved, more secure payment experience and a more streamlined experienced.

How to access your account after 4/15/2026:

Simply visit www.langd.org from your browser on any device and click "New Registration"
